ProFace: AI Headshot Pic Maker ("the App") is developed by MOHAMMAD FARHAN HIDAYAT. We are committed to protecting your privacy and meeting Apple's App Store Review Guidelines 5.1.1 and 5.1.2.

1. Information We Collect and Share

To provide our core AI generation features, the App collects and processes the following data:

• User Content (Photos): When you select a photo and initiate the generation process, the specific image is collected to map facial features and hair styles.
• Data Sharing with Third-Parties: This data is securely transmitted to our third-party AI service provider, OpenAI. We specify that only the necessary visual data is sent to fulfill your generation request.

2. Third-Party Equal Protection Confirmation

We confirm that our third-party AI processor, OpenAI, provides a level of data protection at least equal to the protections described in this policy. OpenAI handles your data through secure API channels (HTTPS) and, by default, does not use content submitted via API to train its models.

3. Explicit User Permission

The App will not transmit any personal photo data to OpenAI without your explicit permission. A consent dialog will appear before the first data transmission occurs. If you decline, no data will be shared, though the AI generation feature will be unavailable.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

User-uploaded images and generated results are processed temporarily and are automatically deleted from our secure cloud storage within 48 hours. We do not store or archive your biometric data or original photos permanently.

5. Your Rights
